Interview for Poker Player Magazine

This morning i woke to the sound of the postman delivering the September 2006 copy of Poker Player Magazine.

After the Ibiza Trip in July, i gave an interview to Rick Dacey, News Editor and sent some pictures for him to use, and to my great pleasure, im now on page 24 in a bikini having my nipple licked by a model haha oh the memories, also, my diary of the weekend was published, which basically reads, got up, drank beer, played poker, drank beer, went to bed.....for 3 days.....

Shame as yet i received nothing off poker player for the time and effort and the numerous pics they used.....

Streak Continues!

On Sat 30th i finished 2nd in the Boss Media $6+1 MTT to win $336!

Getting a real streak at the moment and long may it continue!!!!

I won 8 rounds of heads up in a row tonight to win a very nice $400+, completely exhausted, but thoroughly chuffed to bits, thats also my 1st ever $1000+ week worth of winnings!

Tonight i became the 1st ever Best Poker Player on punterslounge.com

the competition is based on a 28 day rolling score system, where your best 5 scores count, each day there is a focus game, where the points are collected.

as this is based on a rolling 28 day score, its gonna be impossible to maintain for a long period of time, but to be the 1st BPP is a great feeling for me as punterslounge has such a great array of talented poker players!

Virgin Vpoints Freeroll

Last night i played in the Virgin Vpoints Freeroll and won!

I was up and down like a yo yo last night until we ended up with 20 people left, i was lowest chipstack on my table and ended up taking 3 of the big guys out to leave me huge chip leader on the final table

Scottish Poker Open

Hi all, been a while since i updated as usual but here we go!

This past weekend i vistited Edinburgh to watch my good friend Pernille aka Penelopeys in the Scottish Poker Champs

Pene was chip leader for the 1st 90mins until she hit a bad beat when her pocket aces were busted by Q6 hearts, she made a 4x BB raise and he called (muppett!!!) then the inevitable happened, 3 hearts on the flop including her ace.....she hits trips, and raises 10x BB, only to hear the words all in!!

With the majority of her stack on the table the other guy beat her and left her with only 8k of the 38k she had before hand. Unfortunately she never recovered and went out soon after with pocket 9's

Happier news tho, she has just accepted an offer of marriage off her boyfriend and my mate Paul Ross owner of Punterslounge.com
