Hi all, been a while since i updated as usual but here we go!
This past weekend i vistited Edinburgh to watch my good friend Pernille aka Penelopeys in the Scottish Poker Champs
Pene was chip leader for the 1st 90mins until she hit a bad beat when her pocket aces were busted by Q6 hearts, she made a 4x BB raise and he called (muppett!!!) then the inevitable happened, 3 hearts on the flop including her ace.....she hits trips, and raises 10x BB, only to hear the words all in!!
With the majority of her stack on the table the other guy beat her and left her with only 8k of the 38k she had before hand. Unfortunately she never recovered and went out soon after with pocket 9's
Happier news tho, she has just accepted an offer of marriage off her boyfriend and my mate Paul Ross owner of Punterslounge.com
